A word from the builder
Whenever he visits a building site, René Voyer is a busy man. He likes to be involved in everything: inspecting the work, motivating the team, chatting with roofers, and carpenters, and plumbers, asking the electrician a few questions, etc. In short, René is always on the move, to the point that people have trouble keeping up with him. You could say René Voyer is a constructive force!
René Voyer has built so many homes over such a long career that today, the children of his first buyers are now his clients. “The parents refer me to their kids. I’m very flattered.” says Mr. Voyer, who’s surprised at the way the world turns. "I started by building weekend cabins. So while others were spending their money, I was making money!"
After many years of dedication and hard work, Mr. Voyer is transferring the reins of power to his children. "It’s time to slow down," he says. “I’m even going to take some holidays – but not too many! And that’s change enough for me since I never used to go on vacation at all.”
