YES AND NO! At present, we aren't able to do interior renovations, since our main mission is to develop residential projects that meet Construction Voyer standards. We are home builders. Not necessarily renovators! However, our expertise in major construction projects has enabled us to build multidisciplinary teams capable of working on major projects that demand reconstruction, modifications to existing properties, or demolition and complete rebuilding. We can advise you on these types of projects.

Our firm is already working on eight projects, and four more will be added, all in Laval. Projects in Ste-Rose, Vimont and Auteuil are next on the list, in 2008–2009. Since business is booming and we continue to expand, we're entertaining all ideas. We may move toward the Laurentians, without ruling out the South Shore or any other location where we feel we would still be able to serve our clientele well.

COST VARIES GREATLY! The homes we build range a lot in price, depending on the location of the residential project and type of home. As a general rule, prices run from $226,000 for a residential cottage to more than $700,000 for prestige properties. We also custom-build highly prestigious properties that top the million-dollar mark.

YES! We have many! We have eight projects underway and four more will be added in the months to come. And that's not counting new phases in existing projects. Geographically, our projects are centred around Montreal, but generally on the perimeter (Laval, the Laurentians, Lower Laurentians, Lanaudière). On the Island of Montreal, we regularly build in boroughs to the west — Pierrefonds, Saint-Laurent and Pincourt.

NO! At present, we do not sell lots, since we buy land based on our corporate mission, which is to develop residential projects that meet Construction Voyer standards. We are home builders, not necessarily real-estate promoters!

YES! If you would like a home where the main floor is all on one level to minimize steps, or an intergenerational home to share with those you love, we can build it! You can choose the number of rooms you want and modify their layout, since our plans are fully customizable.

YES! We favour projects where natural gas is the primary energy source. While nearly half of our new units are connected to the main natural gas network, this figure climbs to 90% when this energy source is available to all of the homes where we are building. We have also integrated into our corporate culture a notion of preserving a maximum amount of natural features (trees, shrubs, etc.) already on the sites where we build. We choose areas that assure our buyers a tranquil environment, near all services, and with ready access to major road arteries. So our projects are perfectly suited to the new requirements of today's buyers.

Models range in area from 1,320 ft2 to 3,470 ft2, and offer buyers several choices in terms of number of bedrooms, bathrooms, inclusion of a dayroom, etc. These basic plans are modified, adapted or fine-tuned to fit the needs of each customer, since we are able to customize our homes. And these advantages aren't offered only to buyers of luxury properties. We also build all of our homes according to high Novoclimat standards. Since 2003, we systematically use BP Enermax sheathing, wood-fibre panels bonded to an aluminum skin, to insulate the outside walls of properties we build — it's a basic criterion of what we call "Voyer Quality". A natural product, this high-performance material also has offers very significant sound absorption.

YES! You can choose your own plan or a model based on those available. You can also select the number of rooms you'd like and change their layout. All of our home models can be customized. What is more, you have a vast choice of finishing material, siding, doors and windows, wood flooring, ceramics or any other finishing material you'd like to incorporate into your home. We also regularly work from original plans, developed from ideas or sketches submitted to us by customers who want unique properties that are fully personalized. We can build a home entirely adapted to your needs.
